Is ₱100 charged per player?

No. It is ₱100 per court-hour, with one purchase covering the participating group.

Does the court pay a monthly subscription?

No monthly software subscription is charged during the initial 60-day pilot. Equipment and installation are paid separately. Continuing terms are reviewed after the pilot.

Who pays for the equipment?

The court purchases and owns the approved hardware. Installation is quoted after a site assessment.

Who charges the player?

Players purchase Replay through the supported booking or courtside checkout. Courts should not charge a second recording fee for the same session.

How much does the court earn?

The court receives 30% of recording collections after refunds and applicable sales taxes.

When are court earnings paid?

Settlements are made monthly, subject to the agreed settlement terms.

How long can players access recordings?

For seven days after delivery. Download recordings before they expire.

Are recordings public?

No. Access is private to authorized participants unless they choose to share or export content.

What happens if a paid recording fails?

The failed session is eligible for a refund. Its status is shown in the purchase history.

Is AI coaching included?

No. The pilot focuses on reliable recording, playback, downloads, and basic clipping.
